“A row of shops and houses occupied the north side of Emmanuel Street.  
They were demolished for the North Court of Emmanuel College, opened in 1914.
Though it is not known at present what businesses were here I decided to make this miniature a tailors.”

Though these miniatures were not originally made to be sold, if they were they could be expected to fetch anywhere in the region of £1,000 to £3,000 depending upon whether they are furnished or not and to what extent.
